For the chicken fillet:

  • Seasoning (MAGGI for Italian-style tender chicken breast)
  • Chicken Fillet - 300 g

For the sauce:

  • Beets (small) - 0,5 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Sour cream - 40 g
  • Salt - to taste

For decoration:

  • Greens

How to cook chicken breast fillet with beet sauce step by step with photos


Prepare chicken breast filet according to MAGGI's method for Italian-style tender chicken breast.

Finished chicken filet cool.

To make the sauce, wash and peel the beets and grate them on a fine grater. Press a clove of garlic through a garlic slicer.

Add sour cream.

Season with salt and stir to taste.

For the sandwiches I used slices of sliced bread.

Put the chicken filet on the slice of bread with MAGGI seasoning for a tender chicken breast.

Put beet sauce on top.

Decorate sandwiches with greens and serve. Enjoy your meal!
