Ingredients for an appetizer with chicken pâté and shrimp:

  • Chicken breast - 0,5 pcs
  • Seasoning (garlic leaves for breasts TM Maggi)
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Cream (not heavy) - 60 ml
  • Shrimp (according to the quantity of appetizer)
  • Greens - to taste
  • Bread

How to cook appetizer with chicken pâté and shrimp step by step with photos

Baste breast fillets as recommended on Maggi's package; Wrap breast fillets in sheets, press down (for pâté, you'll need 1 fillet); Cook in a heated frying pan without oil, as directed on the package;

Finished breast fillets;

Peel shrimp and fry on both sides, with a little salt;

Place butter, cream, and still-cooled breast in a chopper;

Beat until smooth (better to use an immersion blender);

Put the pâté into a bowl and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes;

Lightly toast slices of bread in a toaster/oven, top with pâté, place 1 shrimp on top, garnish with greens;
