Ciabatta Crostini with Cheese Cream

To make these sandwiches we need all these products |

Cut the ciabatta lengthways into slices and cut out the crostini profile with a round cutter. Drizzle with olive oil and leave for 5 minutes. Place under the grill to make the bread crispy. Do not give up this step, even if you don't have time, because it is very important!!! |
