I always make this dish for any holidays! It's an amazingly tasty appetizer that's easy to make with a minimal amount of time and expense!!! Our whole family loves Konopushki.

Ingredients for sandwiches "konopushki":


  • Bread (black bread) - 0,5 pcs
  • Herring - 1 unit.
  • Chicken egg - 5 units
  • Vegetable oil - to taste
  • Mayonnaise
  • Green onions - 1 bunch.

How to cook sandwiches "konopushki" step by step with photos


Here are all the ingredients.

First cut the bread into small pieces, as shown in the picture.

Fry the bread in vegetable oil until it is golden brown (about 1 minute).

After that we put slices of herring cut into layers on each slice of bread (I buy herring in a pack, but you can use herring fillets)

Cut the eggs and put them on top of the herring.

Put mayonnaise on the eggs.

Chop the green onions and as if pressing them in, lay them on top of the mayonnaise.

Well, that's all! The conopushki are ready! I advise to serve it on a salad leaf. Enjoy!!
