Cinnamon Sandwiches

I always make this dish for any holidays! It's an amazingly tasty appetizer that's easy to make with a minimal amount of time and expense!!! Our whole family loves Konopushki.
Ingredients for sandwiches "konopushki":

Bread
(black bread)

Chicken egg

Vegetable oil

Mayonnaise

Green onions

1 bunch.
How to cook sandwiches "konopushki" step by step with photos

Here are all the ingredients. |

First cut the bread into small pieces, as shown in the picture. |
|
Fry the bread in vegetable oil until it is golden brown (about 1 minute). |
|
After that we put slices of herring cut into layers on each slice of bread (I buy herring in a pack, but you can use herring fillets) |
|
Cut the eggs and put them on top of the herring. |
|
Put mayonnaise on the eggs. |
|
Chop the green onions and as if pressing them in, lay them on top of the mayonnaise. |
|
Well, that's all! The conopushki are ready! I advise to serve it on a salad leaf.
