Ingredients for Cod Liver Bread with Cucumber:


  • Cod liver - 1 jar.
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Capers - 1 tablepoon
  • Hard cheese - 20 g
  • Green onion - 1/2 bunch.
  • Parsley - 1/2 bunch.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Breads (Generous Borodino) - 4 pcs

How to cook cod liver breads with cucumber step by step with photos


Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Chop green onions and parsley.

For the sandwiches I choose breads "Generous Borodino".

Dip garlic in salt and rub garlic on the bread.

Spread half of the cheese and greens on the bread.

Spread liver on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs, place capers, season with salt and fresh ground pepper. Center with a strip of cucumber.
