  • Bread - 6 slices.
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Tomato - 2 pcs
  • Ham (or other sausage to taste) - 150 g
  • Hard cheese - 150 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to cook country-style toast step by step with photos


Chop the onion finely and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Peel and dice tomatoes. Add them to the onion in the frying pan. Braise until all liquids boil off. Leave to cool.

Dice ham or sausage.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.

Lining the tray with baking paper or foil. And spread the stuffing on toasts.
