Beet Mass

  • Beets (baked) - 30 g
  • Onions - 10 g
  • Carrots - 10 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablepoon

  • Cottage cheese (9 %) - 100 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

How to cook cottage cheese-beet spread on bread step by step with photos


Peel and chop carrots and onion and fry in vegetable oil. Slice the roasted beet into thin slices, add to the vegetables and stew for 5 minutes.

Cool the beet mass, wash and dry the greens.

Mix cottage cheese and beet mixture. Finely chop herbs and garlic, add to the curd-beet mass, mix.

Serve the mass on buckwheat breads with salt to taste.
