  • Lard (salted or raw) - 250 g
  • Bread (chiabbata) - 1 pc
  • Garlic (tiny) - 1 clove
  • Rosemary (small sprig) - 1 pc
  • Vinegar (pink or white wine (or to taste)) - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander (ground - pineapple)
  • Black pepper (ground to taste)
  • Salt (salt to taste)
  • Chili pepper (to taste)
  • Dill (a few sprigs)

How to cook crostini with bacon pesto step by step with photos


Cut bacon into small pieces and place in blender.

Add peeled garlic cloves, chopped chilli pepper, salt, chili pepper, and tomato pepper. м., Rosemary, white wine vinegar, coriander and dill.

Whisk everything until smooth. Slice the ciabbata, toast in the oven until the croutons are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Spread the pasta on the croutons, garnish with a basil leaf.
