Slice the baguette lengthways and bake in the oven until golden brown.

Let's make salsa. I have green grapes, so I used leeks. If you have a dark one, have a red onion - either half or a small one. Cut the grapes in half and then another half to make it smaller. Add there finely chopped leeks, chili pepper, you can spice it up in flakes, or you can chop a pod, but take away seeds... Add a spoonful of vinegar and salt and stir to combine. Let's put in the fridge to marinade for 15-20 minutes....

Turn goat cheese (feta, sheep cheese, adyghey, and even mozzarella will also work) into a mushy consistency; I added a little whey (milk is fine) for a creamy consistency. I also soaked the bread in lightly flavored olive oil (I highly recommend it - it transforms the taste, and what a smell..!!!). Spread cheese on top of each slice of bread.

Put grape salsa on top of the cheese mixture. The appetizer is ready, let's eat.

I put pieces of sun-dried tomato on some crostini, marinated in aromatic olive oil, the taste has only won from this addition, very tasty and juicy! You should also try 2 variants!!!!

Help yourself!

Bon appetit!
