  • Chicken (cooked filet) - 200 g
  • Champignons - 100 g
  • Cream cheese - 1 pc
  • Yogurt - 150 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Bread - 4 slices.
  • Olives - 12 pcs

How to cook crostini with mushrooms and chicken step by step with photos


Main Ingredients. Chicken roasted with herbs in parchment.

Sauté mushrooms finely chopped.

Finely chop the chicken and add to the mushrooms.

Mix flour with yoghurt.

Add yogurt and melted cheese to mushrooms and chicken.

Finely chop the tomato, grate the cheese, toast the bread in a toaster or in a pan without butter.

Spread the mushroom mass on the bread.

Put tomatoes on top.

Put finely grated cheese on tomatoes.

Put in oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
