  • Bread ((for sandwiches)) - 4 slices.
  • Banana - 1 pc
  • Walnuts - 50 g
  • Honey - 2 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Milk - 1/4 glass
  • Powdered sugar - to taste
  • Butter - 30 g

How to cook banana sandwich step by step with photos


Mix bananas, honey and walnuts in a bowl.

Spread the mixture on 2 slices of bread. Spread the remaining 2 slices of bread on top.

Lightly whisk milk and egg. Dip each sandwich in egg and milk mixture on all sides.

Melt butter in a frying pan and fry sandwiches on 2 sides.

Serve with powdered sugar.
