  • Baguette (from yesterday) - to taste
  • Cream - to taste
  • Chicken egg - to taste
  • Honey - to taste
  • Ricotta (to serve) - to taste
  • Berry (fresh, to serve) - to taste

How to cook caramelized toasts with honey and berries step by step with photos


Add the egg to the cream. Friends, I deliberately did not specify the number of products, it's up to you (as usual fry croutons, bread with milk). I have about (by eye) 1 egg and half a glass or a glass of cream, a couple teaspoons of honey

Beat the egg and cream until smooth, then add honey to taste and mix well.

Cut the baguette into portions, dip the bread into the creamy egg mixture

Soak each slice well

We spread out on a pan and bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes at 180 degrees (until golden crust, but do not dry out)

Place on plates toasts, ricotta and berries. Sprinkle with honey.
