A very quick, easy and, most importantly, a favorite dish for kids (and not only)...
Ingredients for croutons:

How to cook croutons step by step with photos

I used fewer ingredients (for 2 people).
Cut French toast into 1-1,5 cm thick slices |

Make boltushka-milk + eggs + salt and sugar to taste.. |

While the pan is heating, soak each slice of loaf in the boltup from 2 sides |

Once the loaf is soaked, lay it out and fry it on both sides; it fries quickly - it's important not to miss it, so it doesn't burn, t. к. sugar has been added to the milk... |

We fry it until it has a nice crust and immediately serve it, sprinkling some of our favorite sweets on top (to taste). We have plum jam... |
