  • Cream (15%) - 200 ml
  • Bread - to taste
  • Chicken egg - 3 units
  • Cream cheese - 150 g
  • Fruit syrup - 3 tablespoon
  • Banana - 2 pcs
  • Cinnamon (ground) - to taste
  • Powdered sugar - to taste
  • Nuts - to taste

How to cook croutons in a new way step by step with photos

Prepare the filling. In a bowl combine eggs, cream, curd and cream cheese, add fruit syrup (I have cherry syrup).

Whisk until smooth.

Cut the bread (toast bread is best) into triangular shapes.

Trim corners of each slice a little.

Wash and peel the bananas and cut into coarse slices.

Place the bread and bananas in the baking dish, alternating between bread, bananas, bread again, etc. д.

Then gently pour in the sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes to let the bread soak in the sauce.
