Plum Toasties

Crunchy, sweet and sour - practically a brownie. Only the oven can do it in 10 minutes, and it feels better to breathe in the kitchen than after serious culinary feats.

How to cook plum toast step by step with photos

Make ten slices out of five (about the width of a baking tray) |

Cut the plums into slices |

Sprinkle with sugar (2 teaspoonfuls per crouton), toasted seeds. Put a dollop of butter in the center. |
