  • Water - 100 ml

  • Chicken egg (egg yolk in porridge + egg white to coat croutons) - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil (for frying croutons)
  • Bread crumbs / Breadcrumbs (for croutons)
  • Jam (TM "Maheev")

How to cook semolina toast with raspberry jam step by step with photos

Boil a thick porridge with milk, water, semolina, salt and sugar

Add butter to the porridge. Stir. Let cool. Add yolk to cooled porridge. Pull the cling film over the dish and spread the porridge in a 1 cm layer, put it in the freezer for 1 hour

Cut the cooled mass into slices or like me - cut it out with a mold. Soak our croutons in egg white, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
