Sweet Toasties with Egg

I love these sweet buttermilk croutons with egg in a pan. This recipe is so convenient that I have all the ingredients I need in my fridge. Takes a few minutes. They turn out sweet and very tasty with a crispy crust and soft and tender inside. Both kids and grown-ups love these croutons.
Ingredients for sweet toast of egg and bread:

Baton
(white bread can do)

2 slices.

Sugar
(with a slide.)

1 tablespoon

Eggs
-
1 pc
-
vegetable oil
(for frying)

2 tablespoon
How to cook sweet toast with egg step by step with photos

To the egg add 1 tablespoon of sugar without the sugar hill (since we will need it a little later). Beat with a fork. |

Cut slices of loaf in half. Dip each slice in egg. |

Heat a frying pan, add oil and place the loaf in the pan. Fry on low heat until golden brown.

Immediately after you turn the croutons from one side to the other, sprinkle the fried side with sugar. Fry the other side as well until golden brown. |
