  • Cream (32%) - 200 ml
  • Chicken egg - 8 units
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) - 6 tablespoon

How to cook croutons "original" step by step with photos


Finely chop or tear the French toast in small pieces. Soak in cream mixed with eggs and grated carrot cheese. Season with salt, add sugar. Let it soak for about 20-30 minutes.

Spoon into heated buttered frying pan.

Fry until crispy skin on both sides.
