Dice the fruit into roughly equal slices. Prepare a loaf of bread at once, 6 slices.

Heat a pan, add sugar, as it begins to caramelize, add the fruit, stir, let it simmer for 10-15 seconds.

Add 2 tablespoons of cold water, stir and for a nice aroma, add a piece of butter. Stir until the butter is melted, then put on medium heat, let it stew. We put the second pan on the stove, pour the butter and let it heat, and we'll do the base for the loaf dipping.

Whisk 3 eggs, milk and cinnamon for a rich flavor. If your loaf is unleavened, add a couple of teaspoons of sugar.

So, the oil is hot, we dip our loaf and put it in the pan, we don't want it to get tooaked, otherwise it will take a long time to fry.

We fry it for 40-50 seconds on each side, until it has a nice brown crust. We spread on the plate, a little bit of fruit on top and be sure to pour the caramel (do not spare, it is very delicious) Enjoy your meal!
