Ingredients for toast "student's":


  • Bun - 1 pc
  • Canned fish (like saira, mackerel in its own juice) - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Greens (for decoration)

How to cook croutons "student" step by step with photos


Slice a bun (we call it "city") into 1.5 cm thick slices. It's best to take a lightly stale crouton.

Fry the croutons until golden, then let them cool.

Crush eggs and fish with a fork. If you want you can add a little mayonnaise.

Rub the cooled croutons with garlic (on one side).

I put the stuffing.

You can serve it on the table! Bon appetit!
