Ingredients for croutons with sour cream-garlic sauce:


  • Bread - to taste
  • Garlic - 5 clove
  • Dill - to taste
  • Sour cream - 150 g
  • Salt - 2 pinch.

How to cook croutons with sour cream-garlic sauce step by step with photos


Toast the bread. If frying in a pan, butter both sides and fry until golden brown (about 1 minute).

To make the sauce.

Chop dill as finely as possible.

The garlic can be sliced or minced with a garlic masher. It's a matter of taste, if you like garlic and want to taste it really good, just mince it with a knife.

(Add sour cream. It's your choice, whichever you like best!) And add salt!

Mix it all thoroughly and our sauce is ready!
