  • Meat - 100 g

How to cook pork escalope croutons step by step with photos

Season the meat and fry it until tender, then finely chop it. (If there is a lot of meat, you don't have to slice it, but rather take a whole piece at a time and put it on a crouton). Chop the onion and fry until golden. Mince garlic and mix with tomato sauce. Slice the loaf (I did not make a big ones, but just enough for one bite), soak in leeson (beat eggs with salt and milk) and fry.
