Ingredients for the toast with tomato and cheese:

  • Baton - 4 slices.
  • Chicken Egg - 1 pc
  • Milk - 2 tablespoon
  • Caraway - 1 pinch.
  • Basil - 2 pinch.
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Hollandaise cheese - 5 slice.
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Onions - 0,5 pcs
  • Parsley - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika - 5 pinch.

How to cook toast with tomato and cheese step by step with photos

Take any kind of bread you like.

Trim the edges to get a square (or circle) shape.

In a bowl beat egg and milk, add cumin and basil.

Use a spoonful of soy sauce instead of salt.

I used Kikkoman sauce.

Beat it with a whisk.

Dip the slice in the egg.

Soak it on both sides.

And fry on both sides.

Cut the tomato into slices.

Slices onion very thinly.

Cheese on slices.

Start assembling the sandwiches!

Tomato on toast.



Bake in the oven or microwave for a few minutes or just keep in a pan with a lid on low heat until the cheese is melted.

Top with parsley and paprika.

Serve as a snack or breakfast!
