Daddy's Sandwiches

Delicious, unusual, savory sandwiches.
Many years ago my mom was hospitalized for a long time. It was just me and my daddy. He used to make us sandwiches like this. It's been 27 years since then... Daddy's gone... I still remember those sandwiches.
Ingredients for sandwiches "Papa's":

How to cook sandwiches "Daddy's" step by step with photos

Boil potatoes. Mashed potato potatoes with a meat grinder.
Taste and season with salt and black pepper. Add two tablespoons of stock. Stir in. |

Add a teaspoonful of tomato paste. Stir, check for salt.

On slices of bread (I cut them in half diagonally) spread the potato mixture. |

Pour oil in a pan (preferably non-stick), spread it on the surface.. It is not necessary to pour a lot of oil. Heat up the frying pan with oil. Place mashed potatoes on the bottom of the pan. |

Fry the mashed potatoes until crispy. Turn the sandwiches right side up with your hand, and fry a little more on the bread itself.
