  • Parmesan - 1 handful.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc

  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt (and pepper to taste)

Prepare the foods. Wash, shake and dry the spinach, tear coarsely, cut the bread into as many slices as you wish

Drizzle the bread with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and toast it in the oven or toaster
