Egg and onion bruschetta

Bruschetta is a traditional Italian food dish. It is made on slices of toasted bread with any type of spread or filling.
Ingredients for egg and onion bruschetta:
- Baton - 6 slices.
- Chicken egg (boiled) - 3 pcs
- Green onions - 1 bunch.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Olive oil (to grease slices)
How to cook egg and onion bruschetta step by step with photos
Place slices on baking tray. Put in oven, making sure the bottom side of the slice is golden. Turn over to the other side.
Both sides should be golden, take them out of the oven. Let cool and rub with garlic and salt. Brush with olive oil.
Shred green onions finely.
Grate eggs on a fine grater.
Place the eggs on the slices and then sprinkle the green onions on top.
