Quick breakfast sandwiches. I often make these as lunch for work - very hearty and delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients for sandwiches with egg, cheese and greens:


  • Bread - 8 slices.
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Hollandaise cheese - 150 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Green onions - 2 bunch.
  • Parsley - 2 bunch.
  • Salt - 1/5 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/5 teaspoon

How to cook egg, cheese and greens sandwiches step by step with photos


Finely chop leeks and parsley.

Put chopped greens in bowl.

Add 2 raw eggs.

Taste and season with salt and pepper. You can add your favorite spices.

Stir well.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Then put grated cheese in a bowl with greens and eggs.

Mix well.

Prepare softened butter.

Cut the bread (loaf) to about 1 cm thickness.

Spread slices of bread very thinly in butter.

Then put on each slice 1 tbsp. Spoon a heaped spoonful of the cheese mixture.

Place our sandwiches on a baking tray and put in the oven.

Bake until golden brown at 200-250 degrees.
