Egg salad on toast

I don't think I'd surprise anyone with this salad!) But in this case, I like the way it's served. Everything goes well with it!
Ingredients for egg salad on toast:

Chicken egg

2 pcs

Pickled Cucumber
(if small, but if large, 2-3 pcs.)

5 pcs

Dill
-
1 handful.

Mayonnaise
(light)
-
2 tablespoon
-
Mustard
(French or regular)
-
1 teaspoon
-
Salt
(To taste)
-
Bread
(for croutons)
How to cook egg salad on toast step by step with photos

Boil, peel and dice eggs. |
|
Pickled cucumbers (not large 5-6 pieces, and if large 2-3 pieces) cut into half rings. |
|
Wash, dry and chop the greens. |
|
Mix all the ingredients. Mix mayonnaise with mustard (or no mustard at all)!) and dress the salad. |
|
Prepare croutons. |
|
Spread the ready salad on croutons and decorate with greens. Serve!
