Ingredients for egg salad on toast:


  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Pickled Cucumber (if small, but if large, 2-3 pcs.) - 5 pcs
  • Dill - 1 handful.
  • Mayonnaise (light) - 2 tablespoon
  • Mustard (French or regular) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt (To taste)
  • Bread (for croutons)

How to cook egg salad on toast step by step with photos


Boil, peel and dice eggs.

Pickled cucumbers (not large 5-6 pieces, and if large 2-3 pieces) cut into half rings.

Wash, dry and chop the greens.

Mix all the ingredients. Mix mayonnaise with mustard (or no mustard at all)!) and dress the salad.

Prepare croutons.

Spread the ready salad on croutons and decorate with greens. Serve! Bon appetit!:)
