  • Hard cheese - 8 slice.
  • Tangerine - 4 slice.
  • Baton - 4 slices.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Oregano - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Basil - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt - 0,5 teaspoon
  • Sunflower oil (IDEAL) - 3 tablespoon

How to cook eggplant sandwiches step by step with photos


Coat thin eggplant slices on all sides with oil (1tablespoon);

Toast on a dry frying pan on both sides;

Rub the cooled eggplants lightly with garlic and season with salt;

Toast the bread on a grill pan;
