  • Bun - 2 pcs
  • Egg - 2 pcs
  • Mushrooms - 3 pcs
  • Tomato - 70 g
  • Chicken fillet - 80 g
  • Soft cheese - 50 g

How to cook eggs in scones for breakfast step by step with photos


Dice chicken fillet and fry gently. Chop mushrooms finely and fry. Mix mushrooms and chicken.

Rinse and dice tomatoes. Cut off the top of a bun and take out the flesh. Put chicken and mushrooms on the bottom of the bun, then the tomato and an egg on top.
