  • Bread - 4 slices.
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Mayonnaise - 1.5 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Tomato - 1 pc

How to cook hot sandwiches "firecracker" step by step with photos


Melt the butter and butter one side of the bread.

Hard boil some hard boiled eggs. Slice in half. Crumble the yolk with a fork, add half of the grated cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir. Salt a little bit, if necessary.

Grease the other side of the bread slices with the egg-yolk-cheese spread.

Put a slice of tomato on top.

Arrange the egg whites cut into thin strips all around.

Sprinkle the middle with the remaining cheese.

Bake at 200 degrees for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Serve at once, hot, garnished with greens.
