Ingredients for fish and vegetable sandwiches:


  • Baton - 4 slices.
  • Canned fish (saira) - 1/2 jar.
  • Green onions - 1 twig.
  • Dill - 2 sprigs.
  • Sweet pepper - 1/2 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman) - 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato (large) - 1/2 Piece
  • Lettuce leaves / Lettuce - 1 pc

How to cook fish and vegetable sandwiches step by step with photos


Fry bread on one side

Finely chop the green onion, dill and pepper Grate garlic on a fine grater

Drain the fish juices into a bowl Mash the fish with a fork

Add the vegetables, Kikkoman soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of fish juice

Cut the lettuce into 4 pieces Slice the tomato

assemble the sandwich: 1. bread (fried side down) 2. lettuce 3. tomato 4. fish and vegetable mix
