Fish Curd Cheese Sandwiches

Sandwiches on Borodino Bread with grilled fish and Provencal herbs, lemon juice and olive oil. It doesn't matter which kind of fish you take - expensive or not. We need to combine the stripped fish into fibers with cream cheese and add greens. It makes a very healthy sandwich and of course it is light and generous!
Ingredients for fish and cottage cheese sandwiches:
For Fish
- Fish (I have carp, any fish) - 200 g
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
- Black pepper (to taste, optional)
- Seasoning (Provencal herbs) - 1 teaspoon
For sandwiches
- Cheese curd (creamy) - 100 g
- Petiole celery - 1 pc
- Dill (chopped) - 1 teaspoon
- Salt (to taste)
- Breads (Borodin generous or rye or buckwheat or....) - 6 pcs
Optional
- Cherry tomatoes (Optional, for serving)
