Fish sandwich

Opened the fridge :) and immediately understood everything :):)
You can eat it, that's the main thing! :)
Ingredients for sandwich "fish":

Garlic

1 clove
-
Chicken egg
(boiled)
-
1 pc
-
Dill
-
Salt
-
Mayonnaise
-
Cucumber
(fresh)
-
Sprats
-
1 jar.
How to cook sandwich "fish" step by step with photos
|
Peel the egg and mash it with a fork. Lightly salt it. |
|
Finely chop fennel and add to the egg. Fold in the garlic, season with mayonnaise and mix well. |
|
In a toaster prepare croutons from slices of loaf. |
|
Spread egg and mayonnaise mixture on each slice. |
|
Thinly slice the cucumber slices and put them on top of each slice. |
|
Put a sprat on top.
The sandwiches are ready!!!
