Ingredients for sandwich "fish":


  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cucumber (fresh)
  • Sprats - 1 jar.

How to cook sandwich "fish" step by step with photos


Peel the egg and mash it with a fork. Lightly salt it.

Finely chop fennel and add to the egg. Fold in the garlic, season with mayonnaise and mix well.

In a toaster prepare croutons from slices of loaf.

Spread egg and mayonnaise mixture on each slice.

Thinly slice the cucumber slices and put them on top of each slice.

Put a sprat on top. The sandwiches are ready!!! BON APPETIT!!! Come for a coffee! :)
