Nutritional Value

I usually make these sandwiches at home in two cases: when the family and unexpected guests demand food in persistent terms, or when there is only ice left in the fridge.

How to cook fish sandwiches step by step with photos

Action one: Put a frying pan on the stove "to heat up", Because you can get the sandwich ready faster than the pan heats up. Open canned fish (I have the obligatory hidden "the on-duty" jar; today pink salmon. But I like saury better).

Blender whip the contents of the canned fish (without draining the liquid) and the egg. As an option: add black pepper, finely chopped herbs and other combined products. As a second option: in the absence of canned fish in stock and the availability of any, the most unpalatable pâté, you can stir it with the egg as well. Now for the stirring method: you can mash the canned food with a fork, separately beat the egg and combine everything, then the mixture will not be "grinded". Well, whatever you like. While cooking, pour some oil in a pan to warm it up.

Slice a loaf, spread the mixture on a slice. Usually there's enough canned food and egg mixture for just a normal city loaf.

Roast in a hot pan, stuffing side down, until the stuffing is fully cooked. If sandwich "comes off" If the sandwich comes off the griddle and the filling is still there, it's not quite done. Action to be taken: leave it alone. The finished sandwich will proudly carry the toppings away on it!:)

And that's it. You can decorate, really, I did it specifically for the "Cookbook". Usually there is not enough time for this, and then there is nothing to decorate:)
