  • Cucumber (fresh) - 2 pcs
  • Pink salmon (in own juice) - 1 jar.
  • Greens (chopped, 1 tbsp. each of dill, onion and parsley) - 3 tablespoon
  • Cheese cheese (low fat) - 1 bundle.

How to cook fish sandwiches on cucumber step by step with photos


Prepare everything for the sandwiches.

Slice cucumbers lengthways about 1,5 cm thick. Chop the greens. Mix the cottage cheese and preserves in a bowl with a fork.

Add herbs to fish and cottage cheese. Mix all well. Spread on cucumbers.
