  • Breads (rye) - 3 units
  • Cheese cheese (low-fat) - 100 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Yogurt (no additives) - 50 ml
  • Hard cheese - 30 g

How to cook a fitness breakfast sandwich step by step with photos


Thoroughly mix the cottage cheese with the yogurt and minced garlic (garlic is optional, it's up to your taste). You can also whip it in a blender.

Spread a layer of cottage cheese on the loaf.

On top of the next bread, again spread with cottage cheese. Repeat the process. I usually make "three stories".

Spread the rest of the curd mass on top and on the sides of our sandwich cake)) Then we sprinkle it with grated cheese.

You can eat it right away if you like the bread crunchy. Or you can make it in the evening and in the morning you'll have a soaked sandwich waiting for you! Enjoy!!
