How to cook toast "flammkuchen" step by step with photos

We need toast bread.

Chop onions finely.

Mix cheese, finely chopped bacon, sour cream. If the sour cream is thick, add milk, but if not, you don't need milk. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Add onion and mix well.
