How to cook fried eggs in bread step by step with photos

I have a lot of people and make a lot of sandwiches.
Slice large slices into loaf/toaster bread (at least 0.8 cm).
At the rate of 1-3 sandwiches per person. |

Then we carefully cut the middle out of each slice of bread.
