Tricks for Kids-"uneaten". This isn't really a recipe, but rather a mini recipe, a fudge. I'll start with the prologue... My son absolutely did not eat cottage cheese, in any form! And then, one day, while he was asleep during the day, I made an afternoon snack (so he couldn't see). And when my son woke up, I told him the legend: "While you were sleeping, Snow White came to visit me. She taught me how to cook my favorite dwarf dish. Here it is!" Seeing the afternoon snack, Vanya grinned and laughed:"Oh, how funny!" Ever since then, we've been calling this dish "Funny sandwiches from Snow White".

Ingredients for funny cottage cheese sandwiches from Snow White:

  • Bagel (large) - 1 pc
  • Cottage cheese - 100 g
  • Sour cream - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoon
  • Fruit (as desired)

How to cook funny snow white cottage cheese sandwiches step by step with photos

Slice bagel all around into a bunch of little circles.

Now let's make the sweet curd: mix the cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar. Of course, you can buy ready-made sweet baby cottage cheese or cottage cheese mass.

On the prepared "bagel" base we put the cottage cheese (not spreading, but spreading!). In principle, you can leave the sandwiches alone. Tested, eaten as it is! :-)

Or we could go a step further and start decorating with fruit. Raspberries, currants or strawberries would be nice on top (in season!). Or dried fruit (raisins, apricots...) But today I have canned pineapple and a fresh apple.

I made such a pretty little sunshine! *YAHOO* It seems like nothing, but for two years now, my son has been eating cottage cheese all the time! Plus, these sandwiches look beautiful. And there's vitamins in there!!! (I've already put fruit in it! ;-) ) Yes, and it's convenient - for 1 bite!
