How to cook garlic sandwiches step by step with photos


Cut the bread into quarters (I cut the black crust off) and fry both sides in oil until golden brown. Let cool.

Grate carrots on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and melted cheese. If the cheese is not in a tub, grate it on a grater for even kneading.

Add garlic, pinched with a garlic masher, to taste - whether you like it hotter or milder, either way it will be delicious. Stir everything. If we don't serve it immediately, we can put it in the fridge.

Spread the ready mix in small portions on the bread and serve it up. ENJOY!!
