Ingredients for garlic toast with cherry tomatoes and parsley:


  • Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter (vegetable can be used) - 4 tablespoon
  • Garlic (you can safely eat it for breakfast - the garlic smell will not accompany you - tested)) - 2 clove
  • Parsley - 1/2 glass
  • Bread - 6 slices.

How to cook garlic toast with cherry tomatoes and parsley step by step with photos


Halve the tomatoes, place them in a baking pan in a single layer, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and place in a preheated 180 degree oven over a grill until softened, about 5 minutes.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the crushed garlic, fry it until golden, salt with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Next, fry the bread slices in the garlic oil. To cut the calories, you can use vegetable oil.

Place tomatoes and chopped parsley on prepared slices of bread.
