  • Bread (ideally black) - 0.5 pcs
  • butter (approximately - for frying bread) - 1/4 package.
  • Garlic (at least) - 3 clove
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Parmesan (approx.) - 100 g

How to cook garlic parmesan croutons step by step with photos


Slice bread into portions.

Fry in pan with butter.

Rub a generous amount of garlic on the croutons.

Season with salt.

Grate Parmesan on a fine grater and

Sprinkle it on the croutons.

Bake the croutons in microwave for 1 minute to melt the cheese.
