Ingredients for Garlic Sandwiches "winter":


  • Baton - 2 slices.
  • Butter - 10 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Lettuce leaves / Lettuce (Two leaves) - 2 pcs
  • Cream cheese (40g) - 0,5 pc
  • Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon
  • Cucumber (Small) - 0,5 pcs
  • Bell pepper - 20 g
  • Black pepper (To taste, ground)
  • Basil (Couple of leaves)

How to cook garlic sandwiches "winter" step by step with photos


Put room temperature butter and minced garlic on a piece of buttermilk. Use a spoon to mix the butter and garlic and spread it on the loaf. Put the slices of loaf in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 g. Meanwhile make the pasta spread. Tear salad leaves with your hands or cut them up, add grated pepper, mayonnaise and melted cheese. Puree with a blender until smooth.

Cut bell peppers into thin slices, cucumbers into circles or cut figurines with punches. Spread cheese spread on hot bars. Top with bell peppers, cucumbers and basil leaves.
