Grandma's Sandwiches

This appetizer has been in our family for a long time, my grandmother discovered this appetizer for us. It's not too complicated, but it goes down a treat.
Ingredients for Grandma's Sandwiches:

How to cook grandma's sandwiches step by step with photos

Squeeze the garlic with a garlic press and mix with mayonnaise (you can also add grated cheese). |

Cut cucumbers into slices. |

Toast one side of the bread, after it cools down, smear the toasted side with a mixture of garlic and mayonnaise.
Then we put a cucumber, and on top of the cucumber we put the sprats.
Let it sit in the fridge for an hour and let it soak in. |
