Ingredients for Grandma's Sandwiches:


  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Mayonnaise - 70 g
  • Bread (white) - 10 slice.
  • Sprats - 1 jar.
  • Cucumber (fresh or salted) - 1-2 pcs

How to cook grandma's sandwiches step by step with photos


Squeeze the garlic with a garlic press and mix with mayonnaise (you can also add grated cheese).

Cut cucumbers into slices.

Toast one side of the bread, after it cools down, smear the toasted side with a mixture of garlic and mayonnaise. Then we put a cucumber, and on top of the cucumber we put the sprats. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour and let it soak in.
