  • Sherry - 200 g
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman) - 3 tablespoon
  • Greens (dill, coriander, basil) - to taste
  • Spices (salt, black pepper) - to taste

Now ramson is in full bloom. We've been eating ramson since it first appeared. They are good in salads, for stuffing in pies.

It's a very dry time here, no rain and lots of dust. I washed the ramson in two waters and dried it a bit.
