How to cook grilled eggplant sandwiches step by step with photos

Place cottage cheese, yogurt, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in the bowl of a blender. Beat until smooth. |

Slice eggplants into slices. Fry on a grill pan with oil (you can do it in a regular pan, and then put it on paper towels to get rid of the excess oil).) |

Slice toaster bread into corners. Spread thinly and cover with cottage cheese sauce. Then put eggplant on top and mash it with a fork. |
