Ingredients for Grilled Peach Salad on Toast:


  • Mozzarella - 100 g
  • Peach - 3 pcs
  • Basil - to taste
  • Olive oil (plus 2 tbsp for grilling) - 2 tablespoon
  • Balsamic - 2 teaspoon
  • Honey (substituted with Jerusalem artichoke syrup) - 2 teaspoon
  • Pine nuts (roasted in a dry pan) - 2 tablespoon
  • Mustard powder (pineapple)

How to cook Grilled Peaches Salad on Toast step by step with photos


Wash and dry peaches, remove seeds and cut into wedges.

Pan fry the peaches on both sides in olive oil on a grill pan.

Place the fried peaches in a bowl.

Add mozzarella. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with balsamico, honey and mustard powder. Whisk well and pour over the peaches. Sprinkle with pine nuts.

Serve on toast, sprinkled with chopped basil. I made 10 small toasts with these products.
