  • Baguette - 4 slices.
  • Mozzarella (in brine) - 50 g
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Garlic - to taste
  • Greens (parsley, basil, thyme) - to taste
  • Mustard (grainy) - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - to taste
  • Balsamic - to taste

How to cook grilled turkey bruschetta step by step with photos


Slice turkey fillet into 1 cm thick slices., Season with salt and spices, mix well. Set aside.

Slice the baguette lengthways, grill, rub with garlic. Slice peeled tomato, mozzarella, garlic, herbs, mustard and balsamic, mix well.
