Healthy kiwi toast

Can I Eat a Kiwi with the Peel? You can, and should, eat a kiwi peeled, as the peel is high in fiber. The skin of a kiwi will eliminate digestive problems and heal wounds, rejuvenate the body and saturate it with essential micronutrients.
I suggest a very tasty toast for breakfast on Borodino bread with cottage cheese, greens, kiwi and olives.

Here's a tip tip at the beginning of the recipe!
To slice and serve the kiwi with the rind, I wash it with a metal sponge. The kind you use to remove encrustation on cookware. By the way, I use it on all my fruits and vegetables.
We wash the kiwi just enough to get the bristles off of it "the bristles off" and leave the skin smooth. We make everything we need for the toast. |

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Finely chop the herbs and garlic. The garlic can be squeezed out. You have to use a very small clove of garlic, and then you won't get its strong flavor. That's for breakfast, of course. Put garlic to taste toast for the holiday table. Combine the cheese, herbs and garlic thoroughly. ¶ Salt to taste if you like ¶. ♪ I don't salt ♪!!! I used Borodinsky bread today, it was so fresh and flavorful, I just did not put it in the toaster. I sliced it into triangles to serve nicely. Slice the kiwi with a thin, sharp knife into "rounds" ~0.5-0.7 cm thick. |

Spread generous amounts of cheese and greens on the bread, place kiwi slices and add olive oil if desired. The toasts are ready! |
